<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-89 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FINDING THE POO PLAN FOR PONDEROSA HOMES, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-96-1O, IS CONSISTENT WITH THE GENERAL PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied for prezoning to PUD (planned Unit Development) _ <br />Medium Density Residential and POO plan approval for a 300-unit, single-family <br />development located on an approximately 92 acres parcel located at 3380 and <br />3450 Mohr Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is Unincorporated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of October 22, 1997, the Planning Commission, <br />after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of <br />the City staff concerning this application, recommended approval of the proposed <br />negative declaration for Case PUD-96-10; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed POO plan approval to construct <br />300 single-family residences on an approximately 92 acre parcel is consistent with <br />the goals and policies of the General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Finds that the proposed PUD plan approval to construct 300 single-family <br />residences on an approximately 92 acre parcel located at 3380 and 3450 Mohr <br />Avenue is consistent with the goals and policies of the General Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 22ND DAY OF OCTOBER 1997 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Barker and Wright, and Chair Cooper <br />Commissioners Dove and Kumaran <br />Commissioner Lutz <br />None <br />
