Review and Recommend Housing and Human Services Grant Programs for FY <br />2025-26 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Review and approve final scoring for all FY 2025-26 Housing and Human Services <br />Grant Applications <br />2. Review and approve Phase One of FY 2025-26 Housing and Human Services Grant <br />programs using CDGB, HOME, and LIHF funding. <br /> <br />Lia Bushong, Assistant Director of Library and Recreation, and Steve Hernandez, <br />Housing Manager presented the item. <br /> <br />Commissioners provided feedback and drafted a new funding priority list, in which the <br />results are listed below. <br /> <br />Chair Litz opened public comment.
