Resolution No. PC-97-83 Page 5 9. All site improvements activities shall be limited to the hours of8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with muflling devices. 10. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site at the end of each work day. II. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. {end}
