Each firm provided a Statement of Qualifications, billing rate sheet, and <br />interviews with all three firms were conducted by a City staff team. Good City was selected <br />based on the experience and qualifications of their key personnel, including experience on <br />similar projects, and rates competitive with the other firms. The Community Development <br />Director also spoke with professional references for Good City’s project manager, who <br />provided extremely positive feedback on their performance and ability to work effectively with <br />city staff and applicants. <br /> <br />Ellen M.
