<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE AP-97-06/Z-97-127, THE APPLICATION OF <br />JOE BROYER FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Administrator approved Case Z-97-127, the application of Joe Broyer <br />for administrative design review approval for a child's play structure located at <br />6719 Corte Santa Maria; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, the applicant filed an <br />appeal of a condition of approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is Planned Unit Development (POO) - Medium Density <br />Residential (MDR) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of October 8, 1997, the Planning Commission, <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City <br />staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the child's play structure, as conditioned, <br />is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case AP-97-06/Z-97-127, the application of Joe Broyer for <br />administrative design review approval for a child's play structure located at 6719 <br />Corte Santa Maria, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "B" attached hereto <br />and made a part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless <br />appealed prior to that time. <br />
