<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-97-216 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasant on has applied for design review approval to install a 720 <br />square foot modular building for City offices, located easterly of the existing Civic <br />Center Building at 200 Old Bernal Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is P (public and Institutional), Downtown Revitalization <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of September 10,1997, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City <br />staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is appropriate for <br />the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case Z-97-216, the application of the City of Pleasanton for design <br />review approval to install a 720 square foot modular building for City offices, <br />located easterly of the existing Civic Center Building at 200 Old Bernal Avenue, <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless <br />appealed prior to that time. <br />
