<br />Resolution No. PC-97-7Q <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />67. The trash enclosure areas shall be completely covered. An area drain shall be installed in <br />the enclosure areas which connects to the sanitary sewer. A structural control such as an <br />oil/water separator or sand filter shall be provided. No other area shall drain into the trash <br />enclosures; a berm shall be installed to prevent such drainage if found necessary by the <br />City Engineer/Director of Building Inspection. A sign shall be posted prohibiting the <br />dumping of hazardous materials into the sanitary sewer. The applicants shall notifY the <br />Dublin-San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) upon installation of the sanitary <br />connection; a copy of this notification shall be provided to the Planning Department. <br /> <br />68. The developer is encouraged to work with the City's Arts Commission to provide public <br />art. <br /> <br />69. The property owner shall enter into a agreement with the City of Pleasanton to provide <br />that: <br /> <br />a. the owner shall agree to pay its fair share of any alternative traffic mitigation <br />measure designed to mitigate long-term traffic Levels-of-Service (LOS) on north <br />Pleasanton freeway interchanges, streets, and/or intersections with or without the <br />I-680/West Las Positas Boulevard freeway interchange. <br /> <br />Additionally, the property owner/project developer acknowledges the following: <br /> <br />b. The City of Pleasant on does not guarantee that existing Level-of-Service (LOS) <br />standards will be maintained in perpetuity and that no guarantee is made by the City that it <br />will be responsible for keeping north Pleasanton streets, intersections, and freeway <br />entrance/exit ramps at LOS "D" or better. <br /> <br />c. The developer shall implement a proactive Transportation Systems Management <br />program or other measures required by the City Council which will positively mitigate the <br />project's otherwise anticipated traffic impacts. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
