<br />Resolution No. PC-97-78 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />EXHffiIT "B" <br />Modification to Condition of Approval <br />No. of 13 of Case Z-96-156 <br />Antonio Silva <br />4681 Augustine Street <br /> <br />1. Condition of approval no. 13 of Planning Commission Resolution No. PC-95-97 is <br />modified to read as follows: <br /> <br />All initial site improvements and exterior house construction activities shall be limited to <br />the hours of8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. Interior construction <br />activities may be conducted in the apartment building and existing single-family <br />dwelling until 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, provided that all windows and <br />doors have been installed and remain closed during interior construction activities <br />which occur after 5:00 pm. If there are noise complaints from neighbors due to early <br />or late start times or failure to close the windows or doors, the Planning Director shall <br />require all construction hours to revert back to 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Saturday, or may require other noise mitigation measures. All Construction <br />equipment must meet DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />2. Except as noted above, all previous conditions of Case Z-95-176 shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br /> <br />
