<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-78 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO THE APPROVED <br />CONSTRUCTION HOURS FOR DESIGN REVIEW CASE Z-95-176, THE <br />APPLICATION OF ANTONIO M. SIL VA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Antonio M. Silva has applied for a modification to the approved construction hours <br />for design review case Z-95-176 (remodeling of an existing residence and <br />construction of a new two-unit apartment building) located at 4681 Augustine <br />Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of September 10, 1997, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City <br />staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects ofthis nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the modification of the hours for <br />exterior construction would create adverse impacts on the adjacent properties and <br />would not be acceptable; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that an extension of hours for interior <br />construction would be appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Antonio M. Silva for a modification to the approved <br />construction hours for design review case Z-95-176 (remodeling of an existing <br />residence and construction of a new two-unit apartment building) located at 4681 <br />Augustine Street; as shown on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
