City Council Minutes Page 1 of 1 July 15, 2025 <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MINUTES <br />Tuesday, July 15, 2025 <br />4:00 PM <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Balch called the Special Meeting Workshop of the City Council to order at the <br />hour of 4:00 p.m. from the Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br />Absent: None. <br />1.Public Comment - Comments are limited to items listed on the agenda. <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment. The following individuals provided comment: <br />Michael Mitchell, Shiroy Choksey, Jan Batcheller, Valerie Arkin, Jan Coleman- <br />Knight, Delia Muniz, Doug Ricketts, Daniel Fellman, Donna Pulvermacher, Andrew <br />Hurley, Kelly Cousins, and Jim Lehrman. <br />Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br />WORKSHOP <br />2.Receive a report and provide direction on the Project Prioritization Framework for <br />Fiscal Years 2025/26 and 2026/27 <br />Recommendation: Receive a report on the project prioritization framework and <br />provide direction to staff on City Council priorities for project implementation. <br />The City Council completed a dot voting activity with results to be presented at the <br />next City Council meeting. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mayor Balch adjourned the meeting at 6:18 p.m. <br />______________________ <br />Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk
