Allocate $594,166 from non-General Fund sources listed to fund the applications as presented in Table A of the draft Resolution for Phase One-eligible programs. CDBG Public Services $57,218 CDBG Administration $76,291 CDBG Section 108 Loan $23,316 LIHF $351,465 HOME Programs $80,000 HOME Administration $5,876 TOTAL $594,166 2. Allocate $100,000 from the City General Fund to fund applications as presented in Table A of the Resolution for Phase Two-eligible programs. General Fund $100,000 TOTAL $100,000 3. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-038 approving the allocation of HHSG funds for FY 2025/26 (as listed in Table A) and authorize the City Manager and/or designee to enter into individual contracts with each agency receiving HHSG funds and take all other actions necessary to carry out the HHSG program for FY 2025/26.
