City Council Minutes Page 3 of 9 July 15, 2025 <br />as filed under Case No. PUD-85-08-1D-6M. <br />6.Receive an update on the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station Concept Plan project <br />and adopt a resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding between the <br />City of Pleasanton and the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District to <br />cooperatively plan for and consider development at and around the BART Station <br />in Pleasanton <br />Recommendation: Receive an update on the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station <br />Concept Plan project and adopt a resolution approving a Memorandum of <br />Understanding between the City of Pleasanton and the San Francisco Bay Area <br />Rapid Transit District to cooperatively plan for and consider development at and <br />around the BART Station in Pleasanton. <br />7.Public Hearing - Approve the Housing and Human Services Grant Program and the <br />Action Plan for the Use of Community Development Block Grant Program <br />a.Adopt a resolution approving the allocation of Housing and Human Services Grant <br />Program funds for the Fiscal Year 2025/26 grant funding cycle <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Allocate $594,166 from non-General Fund sources listed to fund the applications <br />as presented in Table A of the draft Resolution for Phase One-eligible programs. <br />CDBG Public Services $57,218 <br />CDBG Administration $76,291 <br />CDBG Section 108 Loan $23,316 <br />LIHF $351,465 <br />HOME Programs $80,000 <br />HOME Administration $5,876 <br />TOTAL $594,166 <br />2. Allocate $100,000 from the City General Fund to fund applications as presented <br />in Table A of the Resolution for Phase Two-eligible programs. <br />General Fund $100,000 <br />TOTAL $100,000 <br />3. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-038 approving the allocation of HHSG funds for FY <br />2025/26 (as listed in Table A) and authorize the City Manager and/or designee to <br />enter into individual contracts with each agency receiving HHSG funds and take all <br />other actions necessary to carry out the HHSG program for FY 2025/26.
