FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEME T <br />This First Amendment to Agreement ("First Amendment") is entered into this 1st day of July 2025 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and MY Cheng & Associates ("Consultant") <br />Whereas, on September 3rd, 2024 the City and MY Cheng & Associates entered into a Professional Services Agreement for accounting services ("Agreement"); and <br />Whereas, the contract term date will be extended. <br />Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 3 of the Agreement," Tem1" is amended to read: The contract shall be extended to March 31, 2026. <br />2. This amendment may be executed in multiple counterpa1is, each of which shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. Counterparts may be delivered via facsimile, electronic mail (including pdf or any electronic signature complying with U.S. federal E-Sign Act of 2000 (15 U.S. Code §7001 et seq.), California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Cal.
