<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-71 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROYING THE APPLICATION OF CHAMORRO DESIGN <br />GROUP FOR DESIGN REYIEW APPROY AL, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-97-143 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chamorro Design Group has applied for design review approval to allow the <br />construction of a 10,102 square foot single-story building addition to an existing <br />14,502 square foot single-story office/industrial-flex building on 1.69 acres ofland <br />in the Pleasanton Park development generally located at the northwest corner of <br />the Owens Drive loop; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial, <br />Commercial, and Offices District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of August 13, 1997, the Planning Commission, <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City <br />staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared in conjunction with the PUD <br />approval of the entire Pleasanton Park; therefore, no environmental document was <br />prepared for this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the subject plan meets or exceeds all <br />applicable requirements established for the Pleasanton Park and that the proposed <br />development would be an attractive and compatible addition to the Pleasanton <br />Park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOL YES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case Z-97-143, the application of Chamorro Design Group for design <br />review approval to allow the construction of a 10, I 02 square foot single-story <br />building addition to an existing 14,502 square foot single-story <br />office/industrial-flex building on 1.69 acres of land in the Pleasanton Park <br />development generally located at the northwest corner of the Owens Drive loop, <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless <br />appealed prior to that time. <br />
