Adopt resolutions approving the Engineer’s reports for Landscape Maintenance <br />Districts 1984-1 (Ponderosa-Del Prado), 1993-1 (Windsor), 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch), <br />1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm), and 1995-1 (Moller Ranch), declaring the City’s intention <br />to assess the properties for the cost to operate and maintain the districts; and <br />setting July 15, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. as the date and time for the public hearing <br />13. Approve a maintenance and trade services agreement with West Coast Arborists, <br />Inc. for tree maintenance, tree inventory management, and arborist consulting <br />services, with a total not-to-exceed amount of $2,522,000 for the three-year term <br />and the option to extend the agreement for two additional one-year terms, with a <br />total contract amount not to exceed five years and $4,500,000 <br />14. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with Terra for <br />the maintenance of the City of Pleasanton’s five Landscape Maintenance Districts <br />for a total not-to-exceed amount of $450,000 for the three-year term with a <br />construction cost escalator for maintenance and weed abatement work based on <br />the Consumer Price Index for the Bay Area, and the option to extend the <br />agreement for two additional one-year terms, for a total contract amount not to <br />exceed five years and $800,000 <br />15. Adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2025/26 Budget to incorporate a list of <br />projects funded by Senate Bill 1, The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 <br />16. Adopt a resolution approving rates for solid waste, recyclable materials, and <br />organic materials collection for Fiscal Year 2025/26 as required by the franchise <br />agreement between the City and Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc. <br />17. Approve plans and specifications, review bids, and award a construction contract to <br />O’Grady Paving, Inc., in the amount of $4,038,462.70 for the Annual Street <br />Resurfacing & Reconstruction Project, CIP No. 25503 and approve budget <br />amendments to allocate $169,364 from the Gas Tax Fund 160 and $68,212 from <br />the Street CIP Fund 211 for a total of $237,576 to complete project funding <br />18. Approve as-needed maintenance and trade services agreements for utilities <br />sewer/storm jetting and closed-circuit television services with Pipe and Plant <br />Solutions, Inc., Presidio Systems, Inc., and Murgreen Environmental for a not-to- <br />exceed amount of $450,000 per agreement for each three-year term and the option <br />to extend the agreements by two one-year terms with a total not-to-exceed amount <br />of five years and $750,000 per agreement <br />19. Approve the first amendment to the professional services agreement with Water <br />Resources Economics, LLC, increasing the not-to-exceed amount to $304,254 and <br />extending the term to December 31, 2026 <br />20.
