<br />Resolution No. PC-97-69 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />17. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />Construction Activities <br /> <br />18. All site improvements activities shall be limited to the hours of8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., <br />Monday through Saturday, except for the southernmost fill area where activities <br />shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All <br />construction equipment must meet Department of Motor Yehicles (DMV) noise standards <br />and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />19. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site <br />at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />20. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br />residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
