(CM, Inc.) is pleased to submit this proposal to assist the City in <br />implementing its Capital Improvement Program by providing staff augmentation services. <br /> <br />Scope of services will include providing guidance and supporting City staff in the development of in- <br />house Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&Es); reviewing PS&Es developed by City’s <br />consultants including monitoring of deliverable schedules and budgets; coordinating PSEs reviews <br />and ensuring incorporation of comments by other City departments; providing constructibility and <br />cost estimate comments for PSEs; consultant contract management; managing the construction <br />contact advertising, bidding and bid review process; preparation of agenda items for City Council, as <br />required; and providing construction support services for awarded construction contracts. <br /> <br />Staff Rate Estimated Hours Not To Exceed Amount <br />Bill Carlson, PE $226.00 1250 $282,500 <br /> <br />Services will be billed in accordance with Exhibit A of our On-Call Contract of July 20, 2021. <br /> <br />Please contact me with any questions.
