Contract #2021321 <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />This Second Amendment to Agreement ("Second Amendment") is entered into this ZS 4 day of March <br />2022, by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and Tri -Signal Integration, Inc. ("Cotitractor") <br />Whereas, on January 21, 2021, the City and Tri -Signal Integration, Inc. entered into a <br />Maintenance and Trade Services Agreement for Fire Alarm Maintenance and Repair Services for City <br />buildings ("Agreement"); and <br />Whereas, on November 8, 2021, both parties mutually agreed by the First Amendment to <br />increase compensation for all cumulative Work Authorization shall not exceed S150,000 (collectively <br />the "Agreement"), and <br />Whereas, the parties desire to amend the Agreement to increase and clarify that compensation is <br />a cumulative amount for the remaining term of the Agreement, with a not to exceed amount of <br />$250,000. <br />Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />the parties agree as follows: <br />Section 3 of the Agreement, "Compensation" is amended to read: <br />"For the term of this Agreement the total compensation shall have a cumulative amount <br />with a not to exceed of $250,000. <br />2.
