PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-97 -61 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PARKWAY PROPERTIES, INC., FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROY AL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-2-16D WHEREAS, Parkway Properties, Inc. has applied for design review approval to allow construction of two, four-story office buildings totaling 252,630 square feet on an approximately 13-acre site in the Bernal Corporate Park located at 6711 and 6721 Koll Center Parkway (Sycamore Plaza); and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I1C-O (Industrial/Commercial-Office) District; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of July 23, 1997, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope of the Environmental Impact Report prepared in conjunction with the PUD rezoning and development plan approval for the Bernal Corporate Park, therefore, no environmental document was prepared for this project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project meets the design guidelines established for the Bernal Corporate Park. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOL YES THE FOLLOWING: Section I. Approves Case PUD-80-2-16D, the application of Parkway Properties, Inc. for design review approval to allow construction of two, four-story office buildings totaling 252,630 square feet on an approximately 13-acre site in the Bernal Corporate Park located at 6711 and 6721 Koll Center Parkway, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
