<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97 -61 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PARKWAY PROPERTIES, <br />INC., FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROY AL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-2-16D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Parkway Properties, Inc. has applied for design review approval to allow <br />construction of two, four-story office buildings totaling 252,630 square feet on an <br />approximately 13-acre site in the Bernal Corporate Park located at 6711 and 6721 <br />Koll Center Parkway (Sycamore Plaza); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I1C-O <br />(Industrial/Commercial-Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of July 23, 1997, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City <br />staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope of the Environmental Impact Report <br />prepared in conjunction with the PUD rezoning and development plan approval for <br />the Bernal Corporate Park, therefore, no environmental document was prepared <br />for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project meets the design <br />guidelines established for the Bernal Corporate Park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOL YES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-80-2-16D, the application of Parkway Properties, Inc. for <br />design review approval to allow construction of two, four-story office buildings <br />totaling 252,630 square feet on an approximately 13-acre site in the Bernal <br />Corporate Park located at 6711 and 6721 Koll Center Parkway, subject to the <br />conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless <br />appealed prior to that time. <br />
