PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-60 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PARKWAY PROPERTIES, INC., FOR DESIGN REVIEW AFPROV AL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-2-15D WHEREAS, Parkway Properties, Inc. has applied for design review approval to allow construction of one, two-story office building totaling 34,000 square feet on an approximately 2.3-acre site in the Bernal Corporate Park located at 7077 Koll Center Parkway (Birch Court); and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) _ I/C-O (Industrial/Commercial-Office) District; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing ofJuly 23, 1997, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope of the Environmental Impact Report prepared in conjunction with the PUD rezoning and development plan approval for the Bernal Corporate Park, therefore, no environmental document was prepared for this project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project meets the design objectives of the Bernal Corporate Park. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOL YES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case PUD-80-2-15D, the application of Parkway Properties, Inc. for design review approval to allow construction of one, two-story office building totaling 34,000 square feet on an approximately 2.3-acre site in the Bernal Corporate Park located at 7077 Koll Center Parkway, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
