<br />Resolution No. PC-97-52 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />The above-stated agreement shall apply to any alternate City program designed to mitigate <br />long-term traffic levels-of-service on north Pleasanton freeway interchanges, streets, <br />and/or intersections with/without the I-6801West Las Positas Interchange. Additionally, <br />the project developer/property owner acknowledges the following: <br /> <br />f. The City of Pleasanton does not guarantee that existing Level-of-Service (LOS) <br />standards will be maintained in perpetuity and that no guarantee is made by the City <br />that it will be responsible for keeping north Pleasanton streets, intersections, and <br />freeway entrance/exit ramps at LOS "D" or better. <br /> <br />g. If required by the City, the developer shall implement a proactive Transportation <br />Systems Management program or other measures required by the City Council to <br />mitigate this project's anticipated traffic impacts. <br /> <br />5. The applicant shall enter into an agreement with the City whereby upon demand by the <br />City's Traffic Engineer, the applicant would re-stripe Franklin Drive to include a two-way <br />left-turn lane. Re-striping shall be along the north/south leg above the former "T" inter- <br />section of Franklin Drive with Morse Drive and along the entire east/west leg. Exiting <br />street parking along the east and south sides of Franklin Drive shall be deleted. <br /> <br />6. The applicant shall institute its own shuttle service between the site to the BART station <br />before occupancy of Building "E". The applicant shall work-out details pertaining to the <br />number of vehicles, operating times, etc., with the City's Planning Director and Traffic <br />Engineer. <br />
