Resolution No. PC-97-52 Page 7 The above-stated agreement shall apply to any alternate City program designed to mitigate long-term traffic levels-of-service on north Pleasanton freeway interchanges, streets, and/or intersections with/without the I-6801West Las Positas Interchange. Additionally, the project developer/property owner acknowledges the following: f. The City of Pleasanton does not guarantee that existing Level-of-Service (LOS) standards will be maintained in perpetuity and that no guarantee is made by the City that it will be responsible for keeping north Pleasanton streets, intersections, and freeway entrance/exit ramps at LOS "D" or better. g. If required by the City, the developer shall implement a proactive Transportation Systems Management program or other measures required by the City Council to mitigate this project's anticipated traffic impacts. 5. The applicant shall enter into an agreement with the City whereby upon demand by the City's Traffic Engineer, the applicant would re-stripe Franklin Drive to include a two-way left-turn lane. Re-striping shall be along the north/south leg above the former "T" inter- section of Franklin Drive with Morse Drive and along the entire east/west leg. Exiting street parking along the east and south sides of Franklin Drive shall be deleted. 6. The applicant shall institute its own shuttle service between the site to the BART station before occupancy of Building "E". The applicant shall work-out details pertaining to the number of vehicles, operating times, etc., with the City's Planning Director and Traffic Engineer.
