<br />facility and the entrance to the California Reflections subdivision shall be renamed to <br />California Avenue and the facility shall be given an address with this new street name. <br /> <br />43.) The walls of the storage buildings in the facility that directly front Stanley Boulevard, <br />Reflections Drive, and Valley Avenue shall have a "wood lap siding" finish similar to the <br />soundwall along the California Reflections residential subdivision. <br /> <br />44.) The applicant shall submit a final lighting plan for the building and the site for the review <br />and approval of the Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits. Lighting shall <br />be directed away from adjacent residences. <br /> <br />45.) All fencing shown to be used throughout the project shall be a black wrought iron style. <br />The final design and details of all fencing shall be submitted for the review and approval by <br />the Planning Director prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />46.) The final design of the soundwall and emergency vehicle access gate located on <br />Reflections Drive at the railroad right-of-way shall be submitted for the review and <br />approval of the Planning Director and Fire Chief prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />47.) The 2 ft. high retaining wall to be installed in front of Buildings C and a portion of <br />Building E shall be faced with a stone veneer similar to that used on the building wall <br />elements. The final design ofthis wall shall be submitted for the review and approval of <br />the Planning Director and Chief Building Official prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />48.) The applicant shall install a "traffic calming" island to be located on Reflections Drive <br />immediately to the north ofthe project entrance, the final design of which shall be <br />submitted for the review and approval of the Public Works Director and Planning Director <br />prior to the issuance of a building permit. This median island shall contain attractive <br />landscaping, be automatically irrigated, and contain signage indicating "California <br />Reflections - Local Traffic Only." The sign shall be an attractive "neighborhood entry" <br />sign subject to the approval of the Planning Director. This median island shall be installed <br />prior to the commencement of operations of the facility. A sign shall also be installed at <br />the exit to the facility indicating to exiting vehicles that "No Right Turn" is permitted onto <br />Reflections Drive. This sign shall be installed prior to the commencement of operation of <br />the facility. <br /> <br />49.) The color of the self storage buildings shall match that of the soundwall along the adjacent <br />California Reflections' Stanley Boulevard frontage. The colors used for the office/ <br />manager's unit shall match those of the residential units in the California Reflections <br />residential subdivision. A sample of the colors and materials to be used for the proposed <br />facility shall be submitted for the review and approval by the Planning Director prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />
