There are no new significant effects that were not previously evaluated in the Pleasanton <br /> General Plan 2005-2025 FEIR and Housing Element Update FEIR; <br /> 3. There are no new significant off-site or cumulative impacts that were not analyzed in the <br /> Pleasanton General Plan 2005-2025 FEIR and Housing Element Update FEIR, and <br /> 4. There are no adverse impacts that are more severe than those previously identified in the <br /> Pleasanton General Plan 2005-2025 FEIR and Housing Element Update FEIR. <br /> This evaluation concludes the Project qualifies for an exemption from additional <br /> environmental review under Section 15183 because it is consistent with the development density <br /> and land use characteristics established by the City, as analyzed by the Pleasanton General Plan <br /> 2005-2025 FEIR and Housing Element Update FEIR. <br /> SECTION 2. Findings of Conformance to Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance and Applicable <br /> Standards. The City Council finds that the proposed Affordable Housing Agreement between the <br /> City of Pleasanton and Square Mile Pleasanton, LLC is consistent with the City's General Plan, and <br /> with all applicable requirements of the Pleasanton Municipal Code Chapter 17.44 Inclusionary <br /> Zoning as it was in place at time of submittal of the complete Preliminary Application; the December <br /> 2023 Objective Design Standards for Housing Element Sites; and Chapter 18.XX: Housing <br /> Opportunity Zone District. <br /> SECTION 3. Approves the Affordable Housing Agreement between the City of Pleasanton <br /> and Square Mile Pleasanton, LLC, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference; and authorizes the City Manager to execute the Affordable <br /> Housing Agreement in generally the form attached as Exhibit A, subject to minor amendments <br /> and the approval by the City Attorney. <br /> SECTION 4.
