Should the <br />City determine that a particular use in the Hacienda Park has the <br />possibility of negatively impact the groundwater basin, the City <br />may require additional site specific groundwater monitoring. The <br />details of the additional groundwater monitoring shall be <br />determined by the City Engineer prior to the use being approved. <br /> <br />All wells which are to be abandoned shall be done so pursuant to <br />the requirements of Zone 7. Prior to the abandonment of any well, <br />the applicant and Zone 7 shall determine which wells will be <br />turned over to Zone 7. The Hacienda Owners Association shall <br />coordinate all abandonment activities with Zone 7. <br /> <br />2.) Should the City determine that a particular use in <br />the Hacienda Park has the possibility of negatively impacting the <br />existing and projected noise levels, the City may require additional <br />noise monitoring to ascertain the potential noise impacts. Should <br />the resulting negative impacts exceed General Plan standards, the <br />use shall not be allowed unless adequate mitigation measures are <br />implemented to reduce said impacts to comply with the applicable <br />General Plan standards. <br /> <br />3.)
