<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-49 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF HACIENDA <br />OWNERS ASSOCIATION FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO THE HACIENDA PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-81-30-38M AND PUD-85-8-15M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Hacienda Owners Association has applied for a major modification to the <br />Hacienda PUD development plan conditions of approval to allow the elimination <br />of the air, noise, and water quality monitoring requirements for the Hacienda <br />Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of May 28, 1997, the Planning Commission, <br />after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of <br />the City staff concerning this application, recommended approval of the proposed <br />negative declaration for Case PUD-81-30-38M and PUD-85-8-15M; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that because approximately 80% of the <br />Hacienda Business Park is built-out, it is appropriate to modify the conditions of <br />approval requiring noise and water quality monitoring to allow site-specific <br />monitoring; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission also determined that due to the uncertainty as to what <br />would be developed for the remaining 20% of the Park, and also concern about <br />the impact of proposed residential development, the requirements for the air <br />quality monitoring should not be modified. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-38M and PUD-85-8-15M, the <br />application of Hacienda Owners Association for a major modification to the <br />Hacienda PUD development plan conditions of approval to allow the elimination <br />of the noise and water quality monitoring requirements for the Hacienda Business <br />Park, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />~----r--~"--"'---'-'--',-----, ----,.----- __,._____._ <br />
