PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-48 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF HACIENDA OWNERS ASSOCIATION, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-38M/PUD-85-8-15M WHEREAS, Hacienda Owners Association has applied for a major modification to the Hacienda PUD development plan conditions of approval to allow the elimination of the air, noise, and water quality monitoring requirements for the Hacienda Business Park; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 28,1997, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration prepared for Case PUD-81- 30- 3 8MIPUD-85-8-15M; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated April 9, 1997, and received the recommendations of staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-8l-30-38MIPUD-85-8-15M, the application of Hacienda Owners Association for a major modification to the Hacienda PUD development plan conditions of approval to allow the elimination of the air, noise, and water quality monitoring requirements for the Hacienda Business Park. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
