<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-48 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br />APPLICATION OF HACIENDA OWNERS ASSOCIATION, AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PUD-81-30-38M/PUD-85-8-15M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Hacienda Owners Association has applied for a major modification to the <br />Hacienda PUD development plan conditions of approval to allow the elimination <br />of the air, noise, and water quality monitoring requirements for the Hacienda <br />Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 28,1997, the Planning Commission received a proposed <br />negative declaration prepared for Case PUD-81- 30- 3 8MIPUD-85-8-15M; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated <br />April 9, 1997, and received the recommendations of staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br />opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with <br />the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not <br />have any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case <br />PUD-8l-30-38MIPUD-85-8-15M, the application of Hacienda Owners Association <br />for a major modification to the Hacienda PUD development plan conditions of <br />approval to allow the elimination of the air, noise, and water quality monitoring <br />requirements for the Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
