<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-47 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF GARY <br />J. PEBELIER FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />Z-97 -79 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gary J. Pebelier has applied for design review approval to construct a two-unit <br />dwelling to be located behind an existing two-unit dwelling located at 249 Spring <br />Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) Core Area Overlay, <br />Downtown Revitalization District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of May 28,1997, the Planning Commission, <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations ofthe <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the architectural style of the proposed <br />building is well designed and would be appropriate for this Downtown site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case Z-97-79, the application of Gary J. Pebelier for <br />design review approval to construct a two-unit dwelling to be located behind an <br />existing two-unit dwelling located at 249 Spring Street, subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
