Continued from May 6, 2025 - Receive annual Military Equipment Use Report for <br />2024; introduce an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2279 to amend the <br />Pleasanton Police Department's Military Equipment Use Policy to add equipment to <br />the Policy's military equipment inventory; and adopt a resolution accepting the <br />annual Military Equipment Use Report for 2024 determining that the Police <br />Department's use of military equipment in 2024 complied with the standards of <br />approval and renewing the Military Use Policy <br />15. Review of the Proposed Two-Year Operating and Capital Budget for FY 2025/26 <br />and FY 2026/27 and the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program for FY 2025/26 <br />through FY 2029/30 <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br />COUNCIL REPORTS <br />Brief reports on conferences, seminars, and meetings attended by the Council <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Notice <br />Under Government Code §54957.5, any writings/documents regarding an open session <br />item on this agenda and items received by the City Clerk’s Office by 12:00 p.m. on the <br />day of the meeting provided to a majority of the City Council after distribution of the <br />agenda packet will be available for public inspection on the City’s <br />website https://www.cityofpleasantonca.gov/ and also at the Pleasanton Library located <br />at 400 Old Bernal Ave., Pleasanton, CA 94566. <br /> <br />There is a 90-day limit for the filing of a challenge in the Superior Court to certain City <br />administrative decisions and orders, which require a hearing by law, the receipt of <br />evidence, and the exercise of discretion. The 90-day limit begins on the date the <br />decision is final (Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.6). Further, if you challenge an action <br />taken by the City Council in court, you may be limited, by California law, including but <br />not limited to Government Code §65009, to raising only those issues you or someone <br />else raised in the public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered to the City <br />Council prior to or at the public hearing.
