The existing trash compactor shall be relocated from its current location to the inside of the new storage building or to another on-site location acceptable to the City. The trash compactor location shall be shown on the plans submitted for building permits for the storage building and shall be subject to review and approval by the Planing Director prior to relocation. The trash enclosure shall not interfere with on-site parking and circulation, shall be adequately screened from off-site views, shall not result in the removal of any existing or proposed landscaping, and shall meet all applicable requirements of the City's Stormwater Management and Discharge Control Ordinance. {end}
