The proposed pedestrian trail as shown on the attached site plan, Exhibit A (dated <br />"Received January 31, 1994"), on file with the Planning Department, shall be deleted <br />from the development plan previously-approved for PUD-85-15. <br /> <br />2. The developer shall transfer a cash sum of $30,000 to the city of Pleasanton to be held for <br />a maximum period of one year from the effective date of this approval, or until such time <br />that the Golden Eagle Homeowners' Association submits plans for another amenity, <br />subject to the review and approval of the Planning Director, to be installed as a benefit for <br />all homeowners in that subdivision. In the event that no satisfactory amenity is approved <br />within one year, the monies shall be allocated for the construction of sidewalks along <br />portions of Foothill Road for access to the Pleasanton Middle School by the residents and <br />children of this subdivision. The developer shall deposit the entire amount with the City <br />prior to the acceptance of the subdivision improvements for the Golden Eagle <br />subdivisions. <br /> <br />3. All other conditions ofPUD-85-15 and its modifications shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br /> <br />{ end} <br />
