The proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan, floor plan, written <br />narrative, and related materials, Exhibit A (dated "Received" March 13, 1997), on file <br />with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other <br />impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use permit may be <br />referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If <br />necessary, the Commission may modifY or add conditions of approval to mitigate such <br />impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. <br /> <br />3. If additional hours of operation or activities beyond that proposed in the written narrative, <br />dated "Received" March 13, 1997, on file with the Planning Department, are desired, <br />prior City review and approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the Planning Commission if judged to be <br />substantial. <br /> <br />4. Students shall primarily use the restrooms on the 4444 Black Avenue Carden West <br />School site. If students need to use the restroom at 4466 Black avenue office building, <br />they shall be accompanied by an adult when going to and from the office building <br />restroom.w <br />{end} <br />
