<br />Planning Commission Minutes Page 2 of 2 March 26, 2025 <br /> <br />4. P24-0596, Pleasanton Unified School District, 0 Vineyard Avenue – Application for Vesting <br />Tentative Map 8724, a 27-lot subdivision, an approximately 3-acre park lot with bioretention areas, <br />and a lot for the internal streets. <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve Resolution No. PC-2025-06: 1) Finding the project is exempt from <br />additional environmental review under CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 because it is consistent <br />with the development density and land use characteristics established by the City, as analyzed by <br />the 2023-2031 (6th Cycle) Housing Element Update Program FEIR. No additional environmental <br />review is required. 2) Make the tentative map findings as stated in the report; and 3) Approve <br />Vesting Tentative Map 8724 subject to the draft conditions of approval stated in Attachment 1 to <br />Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Emily Carroll presented the item. <br /> <br />Chair Morgan opened the public comment. Public comments were received from: Dominic Dutra, Robin <br />Miller, applicant, and Justin DeKnoblough. <br /> <br />Chair Morgan closed the public comment. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Jain/Pace to adopt Resolution No. PC-2025-06, as recommended. Motion <br />passed by the following roll call vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Jain, Pace, Wedge, and Chair Morgan <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Mohan <br /> Abstain: None <br /> <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION/INFORMATION <br /> <br />5.
