Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />BSK & Associates shall provide geotechnical and materials and testing services including but <br />not limited to the following: <br /> <br />Soils foundation investigations, geological/seismic hazardous studies, slide stability <br />ananlysis and repair recommendations, geotechnical engineering consultation and <br />environment site assessments. <br /> <br />2. Materials to be tested include: <br /> <br />Native soils for street and rodway subgrade preperation and trench backfill. <br /> <br />Imported trench backfill. <br /> <br />Aggregate base rock for street, roadway, driveway and sidewalks <br /> <br />Asphalt concrete for street, roadway and pathways. <br /> <br />Concrete for pavement, driveways and sidewalks. <br /> <br />Steel for miscellaneous traffic control and building structures. <br /> <br />Earthwork and installation of construction materials shall be observed and assessed and <br />recommendations provided as necessary. <br /> <br />Types of tests to be conducted as applicable to the material being tested shall include: <br />compaction, density, moisture, sieve analysis, R value compression and tensile strength <br />and all other tests listed in the City's quality assurance program deemed necessary by the <br />City Engineer for each project. <br /> <br />SR:05:019 <br />Page 9 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
