IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 389 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 24, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING <br /> MAP: OF SAID ORDINANCE <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br /> ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br /> dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. <br /> 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br /> districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 24, as shown on map dated April, 1964, on <br /> file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> as Exhibit A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land <br /> use and zoning district of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br /> amended, is forther described as follows: <br /> <br /> The property commonly known as Delucci <br /> property being all of that area in Tract <br /> No. 2595 (Delucci property)wherein <br /> ted~tive map was approved March 11, 1964; <br /> designated and classified as R-1 District - <br /> Single Family Residential District. <br /> <br /> All the remaining area of Annex No. 32 <br /> (Rose Annex), excepting the above mentioned <br /> Delucci property; designated and classified <br /> as A District - Agricultural District. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED AND READ at a regular meeting of the City Council <br /> of the City of Pleasanton on April 20, 1964. <br /> READ AND ADOPTED at a regular meetin~ of the Council of the <br /> 1 <br /> City of P easanton, held on April 27,196 <br /> AY~Sj.
