Accept the improvements for the subject project. <br /> <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the <br /> subject project. <br /> <br /> 3. Authorize final payment in the amount o£ $631.75 to DK <br /> Environmental, Inc. <br /> <br /> 4. Authorize payment o£ retention in the amount of $12,425.00 to DK <br /> Environmental, Inc., 30 days after filing the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: of the subject project is now complete and ready £or <br /> <br />Construction <br />acceptance. <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council: <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />The City Council awarded the construction contract for this project to DK Environmental, Inc. <br />of Martinez, for a low bid of $248,500.
