IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 388 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 23, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING <br /> MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br /> ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br /> dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. <br /> 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br /> districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 23, as shown on map dated November 1963, <br /> on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> as Exhibit A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land <br /> use and zoning district of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br /> amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> The property commonly known as Annexation No. <br /> 31, Amador Valley Annex "D", as shown on said <br /> map on file with the Recorder of Alameda County. <br /> <br /> A District - Agricultural District <br /> R-1 District - Single Family Residential District <br /> R-G 15 District - Garden Apartment Residential District <br /> C-N District - Neighborhood Commercial District, as <br /> shown on Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED AND READ at a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Pleasanton on April 6, 1964. <br /> <br /> READ AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton, held on April 13, 1964, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Cairo, Harding, Long and <br /> McWilliams. <br /> <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> //~?,~OHN L.
