<br />1-15 <br />1 <br />project BACKGROUND <br /> 1.4 project description <br />Staples Ranch Community Park is approximately 17 acres of active and <br />passive park uses and includes multiple facilities that would benefit the City of <br />Pleasanton as a whole, as well as the residential area adjacent to the park. <br />North of Staples Ranch Community Park is a +/- 5 acre neighborhood park <br />that will provide additional park facilities to the area and meet regional storm <br />water retention requirements for the Staples development. This Master Plan <br />anticipates potential uses and facilities that could be part of the neighborhood <br />park, however, final park design, facilities and use is subject to Staples Ranch <br />development approvals.
