Approve fully defunding the existing project and include a new project in the <br /> upcoming CIP program for prioritization. <br /> 3. Approve a budget amendment to return the unused amount of $504,957 to <br /> the respective fund balances, with $448,457 returning to the Miscellaneous <br /> CIP Fund (Fund 201) and $56,500 to the Park Development Impact Fee <br /> Fund (Fund 222). <br /> 11.Accept public improvements performed by American Asphalt Repair & Resurfacing <br /> Company, Inc., for the Annual Slurry Sealing of Various Streets Project, CIP No. 24504, <br /> and approve a budget amendment to return $124,447 to the Gas Tax Fund <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. Accept the project as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of <br /> Completion. <br /> 2. Authorize release of the retention in the amount of $19,948 to American Asphalt <br /> Repair & Resurfacing Company, Inc., 30 days after the recordation of the Notice <br /> of Completion. <br /> 3. Approve a budget amendment to return the project's unused balance of <br /> $124,447 to the Gas Tax fund balance (Fund 160). <br /> 12.
