Public comment regarding items not listed on the agenda. <br /> <br />Chair Morgan opened the public comment. There being no speakers, Chair Morgan closed the public <br />comment. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> <br />6. P24-0720, Trumark Homes, 0 Vineyard Avenue – Application for General Plan Amendments to the <br />Housing Element and the Land Use Element to allow for the required 3-acre park/open space on <br />Housing Element Area 27 to be split into more than one area within the approximately <br />10.64-acre site located at 0 Vineyard Avenue (APN 946-4619-1) <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve Resolution No. PC-2025-03 approving a General Plan amendment to <br />the Land Use Element and the Housing Element, as recommended <br /> <br />Associate Planner Emily Carroll presented the item. <br /> <br />Chair Morgan opened the public comment. Public comments we received from: Garrett Hinds, <br />applicant; Igor Ginzburg; and Arbinder Pabza. <br /> <br />Chair Morgan closed the public comment. <br /> <br />Chair Morgan opened the public comment. Public comments were received from: Garrett Hinds, <br />applicant, and Robin Miller, applicant. <br /> <br />Chair Morgan closed the public comment. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Pace/Mohan to adopt Resolution PC-2025-03 approving a General Plan <br />amendment to the Land Use Element and the Housing Element with a modification to specify that the <br />open space adjacent to Vineyard Avenue shall be a contiguous area comprising at least 60% of the <br />total open space provided. Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Mohan, Pace, and Chair Morgan <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioners Jain and Wedge <br /> Abstain: None <br /> <br /> <br />7.
