Actions of the City Council Page 1 of 1 February 12, 2025 <br /> <br /> Planning Commission <br />Agenda Report <br /> February 12, 2025 <br /> Item 7 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Actions of the City Council <br /> <br />January 21, 2025 <br /> <br />Consent Calendar: <br /> <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />Approve the first amendment to the as-needed Maintenance Agreement for pavement striping <br />and signage services with Womack Striping, Inc., to increase the contract maximum by <br />$50,000 to $275,000 for the current two -year term through June 30, 2025, and extend the <br />contract for one additional year by $50,000 with an annual maximum of $150,000 beginning <br />July 1, 2025 <br />Council approved the consent calendar, as recommended . <br /> <br />February 4, 2025 <br /> <br />Consent Calendar: <br /> <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />Adopt Ordinance No. 2290 approving the applications for: (1) Planned Unit Development <br />rezoning (P21-1173) of two parcels totaling approximately 2.3 acres in area from Central- <br />Commercial (C-C) to Planned Unit Development-Mixed-Use (PUD-MU) District; (2) Planned <br />Unit Development plan (PUD-146) to: (a) retain the two-story single-family home and construct <br />a two-story addition to the north side of the home; (b) demolish the detached accessory <br />dwelling unit, Barone's restaurant, and all other structures and site modifications; and (c) <br />construct 14 detached single-family homes and two commercial buildings with a public plaza <br />and parking lot, new private street, and related site improvements, subject to the conditions of <br />approval 475 and 493 Saint John Street <br />Council approved the consent calendar, as recommended . <br /> <br />Public Hearing: <br />Receive update on residential development proposals on two properties in East Pleasanton, <br />outside the City Limits and 1) Provide direction to proceed with applications for annexation and <br />development in Pleasanton; 2) Provide feedback on key issues relative to the two projects; 3) <br />Approve key terms regarding processing of applications for the Arroyo Lago Project; and 4) <br />Approve Key Terms regarding processing of applications for the East Lakes Project <br />Council continued the hearing item to the next regular meeting.
