MOTION: It was m/s by Deckert/Hall to recommend City Council accept donation of Hope and Promise mural and frame. Recommend City Council Adopt Field Rental Fees for Co-Sponsored User Groups Aaron Bueno, Recreation Manager, presented the item and answered questions from commissioners. MOTION: It was m/s by Immadi/Vickers to recommend City Council adopt field rental fees for Co-Sponsored user groups – Option 1. MOTION: It was m/s by Vickers/Deckert to amend the motion and recommend for the rate to be at 7.5%, 12.5%, and 17.5% cost recovery.
