NBS made every reasonable attempt to source each comparison agency's fee schedule from their respective <br />websites and compile a comparison of fee categories and amounts for the most readily comparable fee items <br />that match the City's existing and/or proposed fee structure. This adjustment will provide better cost recovery to <br />support the services being provided. <br />NBS reviewed City staff's cost of service calculations and provided an overall framework for considering <br />fees.
