Accept public improvements performed by DC Construction for the Century House <br />Re-Roofing Maintenance Project and approve budget amendments in the <br />Miscellaneous CIP Fund and the Park Development Impact Fee Fund <br />11. Accept public improvements performed by American Asphalt Repair & Resurfacing <br />Company, Inc., for the Annual Slurry Sealing of Various Streets Project, CIP No. <br />24504, and approve a budget amendment to return $124,447 to the Gas Tax Fund <br />12.
