Box 520, 200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br />Re: Upcoming Tasks for the East Pleasanton Residential Development Projects <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Ellen, <br />Below is a proposed scope, schedule, and budget to assist the City with upcoming tasks for the East <br />Pleasanton residential development projects. This proposal includes tasks through the City Council <br />meeting planned for February 2025. <br /> <br />SCOPE <br />1. Arroyo Lago EIR Review <br />I will review the alternatives section of the Arroyo Lago Draft EIR and identify important information <br />missing from this analysis. I will report my findings in a memorandum. City staff will incorporate these <br />findings into the City’s Draft EIR comment letter to be prepared by City staff. <br />2. Senior Residential Project Review and Revisions <br />I will review the senior residential project for compliance with City standards and policies, including the <br />Objective Design Standards. I will identify required and desired project changes. I will work with the <br />applicant and City staff to revise the project to achieve a project that City staff can support. As part of <br />this task I will also work with City staff to finalize the senior residential project annexation process and <br />schedule. <br />3. Annexation Deal Points <br />I will work with City staff, the applicant, Alameda County, and other agencies to reach agreement on <br />annexation deal points for the Arroyo Lago and senior residential projects, Expected deal points include <br />modifications to the proposed projects (if any), RHNA, tax sharing, and public benefits provided. <br />4. Preliminary Application Review <br />As needed, I will assist City staff with review of the Arroyo Lago and senior residential project <br />preliminary applications. <br />5.
