Resolution No. PC-2024-18 <br />Page Three <br />Chapter 18.124 of the Municipal Code. Therefore, staff believes this finding can be <br />made. <br />Section 2: <br />The Planning Commission hereby approves Case P24-0370, Rui Zhao for A.C.V. Corporation, <br />for Conditional Use Permit approval to operate an existing building at 6663 Owens Drive within <br />the Pleasanton Business Park Center, subject to the Conditions of Approval shown in <br />Attachment 1, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 3: <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless: 1) <br />appealed prior to that time by any member of the public; or 2) if a City Councilmember wishes <br />to review the item, pursuant to Pleasanton Municipal Code section 18.144.010, he or she must <br />indicate their desire to review within 15 days following the date of approval, or at the next <br />regular meeting of the City Council, whichever is later.
