As respects W ater Damage Legal Li- ability,as provided in Paragraph 3.b. above: The exclusions under Section I - Coverage A -Bodily Injury And Prop- erty Damage Liability,2. Exclusions, other than i. War and the Nuclear Energy Liability Exclusion (Broad Form),are deleted and the following are added: This insurance does not apply to: (a)"Property damage": (i)Assumed in any contract or agreement; or (ii)Caused by or resulting from any of the following: 1)Wear and tear; 2)Rust or other corrosion, decay,deterioration, hidden or latent defect or any quality in proper- ty that causes it to damage or destroy it- self; 3)Smog; 4)Mechanical breakdown, including rupture or bursting caused by cen- trifugal force; 5)Settling,cracking, shrinking or expansion; 6)Nesting or infestation, or discharge or release of waste products or secretions, by insects, birds,rodents or other animals; or 7)Presence, growth, pro- liferation, spread or any activity of fungus, in- cluding mold or mildew, and any mycotoxins, spores, scents or by- products produced or released by fungi.
