EXHIBIT A STATEMENT OF WORK & BUDGET CITY OF PLEASANTON COMMUNITY GRANT CONTRACT AGREEMENT City of Pleasanton AND Pleasanton Cultural Arts Council July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025 The project to be undertaken by Pleasanton Cultural Arts Council is: Newsletter Creation and Associated Outreach This project focuses on creating a quarterly newsletter, developed by PCAC in conjunction with professional assistance. The newsletter will be distributed via conventional mail, social media, and be parsed so that excerpts can be used for targeted communications to specific demographic groups in the Pleasanton community, both individuals and other organizations. It will be used as a collaborative resource wherein we will include articles about other arts groups as well as cultural arts programs in our schools. The expectation is that the newsletter will help generate new members, new donors, and paid advertisers. The project shall conform substantially to the statement of work described above. [However, the indicator and number of unduplicated residents noted in the application may be adjusted proportionately to reflect a reduction in funding between the amount requested and the amount approved.] Any requests to modify the scope of the project shall be submitted to the City of Pleasanton’s Community Grant administrator in the form of the included addendum. Requests shall be processed as follows: a) If the proposed change is in substantial conformance with the original project scope as determined by the City’s Community Grant program administrator, the change may be approved by City staff. b) If the proposed change is in partial conformance with the original project scope as determined by the City’s Community Grant program administrator, the change will be submitted for review and approval by the City’s Civic Arts Commission or Youth Commission.
