EXHIBIT A STATEMENT OF WORK & BUDGET CITY OF PLEASANTON COMMUNITY GRANT CONTRACT AGREEMENT City of Pleasanton AND Pacific Chamber Orchestra July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025 The project to be undertaken by Pacific Chamber Orchestra is: Pacific Chamber School Day Orchestra Matinee Concert The Pacific Chamber Orchestra will present a free orchestra concert for Pleasanton elementary and middle school students as a one-hour morning field trip matinee held at Pleasanton Middle School. Matinee concerts are a perfect way to introduce students to the joys of the hearing a full orchestra perform. Teachers receive educational materials and activities to help students further enhance their experience and understanding. The project shall conform substantially to the statement of work described above. [However, the indicator and number of unduplicated residents noted in the application may be adjusted proportionately to reflect a reduction in funding between the amount requested and the amount approved.] Any requests to modify the scope of the project shall be submitted to the City of Pleasanton’s Community Grant administrator in the form of the included addendum. Requests shall be processed as follows: a) If the proposed change is in substantial conformance with the original project scope as determined by the City’s Community Grant program administrator, the change may be approved by City staff. b) If the proposed change is in partial conformance with the original project scope as determined by the City’s Community Grant program administrator, the change will be submitted for review and approval by the City’s Civic Arts Commission or Youth Commission.
