Box 520, 200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Re: Start-Up Task for the East Pleasanton Residential Development Projects <br />Dear Ellen, <br />Thank you for inviting me to submit a cost proposal to assist the City with the proposed Arroyo Lago and <br />East Pleasanton Senior Residential development projects. Below is a scope and budget for my initial <br />project start-up task. <br />START-UP TASK SCOPE <br />1.Background Material Review <br />I will review background materials and technical studies relevant to the proposed projects. <br />2.Kickoff Meeting <br />I will attend an in-person kickoff meetings with City staff the project applicant team. <br />3.Project Roadmap and Refined Scope of Work <br />I will develop a roadmap for City review of the proposed project (tasks and schedule). I will prepare a <br />scope, budget, and schedule for my assistance with this work. <br />4.Project Review Initiation <br />I will begin my detailed review and analysis of the proposed project application materials. This review <br />will focus on critical path items, such as needed technical studies and project conformance with City <br />standards. <br />BUDGET <br />The estimated cost for me to complete the task described above is $7,500.
