City Council Minutes Page 2 of 5 October 15, 2024 <br />intent to levy the annual assessment for 2025 <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2024-062 accepting and approving the <br />Downtown Pleasanton Business Improvement District 2024 annual report and 2025 <br />budget as prepared by the Advisory Board, and setting the public hearing date for <br />November 19, 2024, to levy the annual assessment. <br />Community Development <br />3.Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />Recommendation: Approve actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning <br />Commission. <br />4.Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the funding agreement with the <br />Federal Highway Administration for the Safe Streets and Roads for All - Planning <br />and Demonstration Grant to develop the Pleasanton Travel Action Plan and <br />approve budget amendments in the Miscellaneous CIP Grants Fund and General <br />Fund <br />Recommendation: <br />•Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the funding agreement <br />with the Federal Highway Administration for the Safe Streets and Roads for <br />All - Planning and Demonstration Grant to develop the Pleasanton Travel <br />Action Plan <br />•Approve budget amendments in the Miscellaneous CIP Grants Fund to <br />appropriate $240,000 in grant revenue and appropriate a corresponding <br />$240,000 in expenditures to the Pleasanton Travel Action Plan Project <br />•Approve a budget amendment in the General Fund to reallocate $60,000 in <br />existing Professional Services budget to the Pleasanton Travel Action Plan <br />Project. <br />5.Adopt resolutions of local support and authorize staff to submit three applications to <br />the Alameda County Transportation Commission for a total of $5,875,000 in <br />funding from the 2026 Comprehensive Investment Plan for the West Las Positas <br />Boulevard Multimodal Reconstruction Project, CIP No. 11514, the I-580 <br />Overcrossing Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements Project, CIP No. 22570, and <br />the Santa Rita Road at Valley Avenue Intersection Improvement Project, CIP No. <br />20569 <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution Nos. 2024-063, 2024-064, and 2024-065 of <br />local support and authorize staff to submit three applications to the Alameda <br />County Transportation Commission for a total of $5,875,000 in funding from the <br />2026 Comprehensive Investment Plan for the West Las Positas Boulevard <br />Multimodal Reconstruction Project, CIP No. 11514, the I-580 Overcrossing Bicycle <br />Page 13 of 658
