IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 382 <br /> <br /> ESTABLISHING STANLEY BOULEVARD SEWER CONNECTION <br /> <br /> CHARGES <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. FINDINGS. The City Council, upon the advice of <br />the Alameda County Health Department, does hereby confirm that <br />the use of septic tanks in the westerly portion of Stanley Boule- <br />vard of the City of Pleasanton, being in general the area known <br />as l~Annex No. 17, Stanley Boulevard, Annex A,~' is a health hazard <br /> <br /> a present danger to the welfare of persons living in that area. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. CONNECTION MANDATORY. Upon completion of the <br /> ~ewer main under construction, being "Sewer Main Extension, <br /> <br /> tanley Boulevard, and Santa Rita Road, Capital Improvement Project <br /> <br /> · 63-13A'~', all improvements on property with said Annex No. 17, <br />where required by the Uniform Building Code (Ordinance No. 344) <br /> <br /> other ordinances of the City, shall be connected to the City <br /> ewer system. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. APPLICATION FOR PERMIT. Within 60 days from <br /> <br />said completion date, or within 60 days from written notice from <br /> <br /> , owners of said property, shall apply for a permit to connect <br /> to said sewer system. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. CONNECTION CHARGE. Each applicant shall furnish <br /> the City with evidence of the acreage owned oc controlled by him, <br /> and shall pay to the City prior to the issuance of any permit a <br /> sum in cash determined to be applicant's portion of construction <br /> costs.
